Ask for the porter load limit, the wage, the meals, and what happens if a porter is sick. A responsible crew has a weight limit you can see on the scales at the gate, enough warm clothing, and a guide who does not add your extra bag on summit morning. Kilita will answer those questions in writing. If a company will not, choose another company.
