Ask Kilita to meet you at Kilimanjaro International Airport when you book the safari or the climb. The airport is the arrival point for Moshi and Arusha. The drive to Moshi is roughly an hour, and Arusha takes longer, depending on traffic. The transfer should say which town, which hotel, and whether the price is in the package.
How Kilita plans it
Send the flight number as soon as you have it. If the flight is late, the driver needs that number, not a message from the arrivals hall with no signal. A private transfer is the normal choice after a long flight. Do not plan a same-night safari departure. Sleep in Moshi or Arusha first.
