Three days can show you wildlife. It cannot show you the whole northern circuit without rushing. A workable 3-day shape is Tarangire or Lake Manyara, the Ngorongoro Crater, and one sector of the Serengeti, or Serengeti plus the crater and no third park. How Kilita plans it
You will spend part of each day in the vehicle between parks. That is normal. If the migration, or a particular Serengeti region, is the reason for the trip, add a fourth or fifth day so one of them is a full day inside the park. Three days is a good add-on for someone already in Moshi or Arusha. It is a tight first safari if you also want cultural visits.
