Add a day hike, not a summit, if the football trip is the reason you came. The Mandara day hike is $160 joining or $220 private. Kilita's AFCON card that includes a Kilimanjaro day is $180 joining or $240 private. A full Machame climb is a separate week and should sit either well before your first match or after the last one, with a rest day.
How Kilita plans it
Do not start a summit walk in the middle of a group of fixtures. Altitude and a midnight start do not mix with a kick-off two days later. If you want the real climb, tell us the last match date and we will count forward. The 7-day Machame card remains $1,700 joining or $2,000 private, and it needs those seven days empty.
