Four days and three nights is the balance most people enjoy. Three days works if you only want the beach. Five days gives you Stone Town and a slower coast. How Kilita plans it
After a dusty week, the first afternoon is for a shower and a walk, not a packed spice-farm schedule. Put Stone Town at the start or the end, near the flight. Leave the middle days empty enough to swim. If you have only two nights, skip the tours and stay on one beach.
