Because our office, vehicles and guides are here, a Moshi departure is usually the shortest and cheapest way to fit in a day out — no need to relocate to Arusha first. Whether you're killing a spare day before your climb starts, resting after summiting, or simply want a break between safari legs, everything below leaves directly from Moshi town or your Moshi hotel.
Kilimanjaro's southern slopes hide waterfalls, coffee farms and hot springs within an hour or two of Moshi, and Lake Chala sits right on the Kenyan border a short drive east.
